We are a growing lawn care company serving the Mississauga and Oakville area, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be the voice of our company — answering inbound calls, reaching out to potential clients, and selling our full range of lawn care services including:
Lawn mowing and maintenance
Lawn and property cleanup

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Make outbound sales calls to residential and commercial prospects
Sell and upsell our lawn care service packages
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Work closely with the operations team to coordinate service delivery

What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication and sales skills
Confident and persuasive phone manner




Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Knowledge of lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required

Compensation:
Hourly base pay plus commission on sales
