RUDY is now hiring a Morning Meat Prep Team Member for our Aurora location.

Who You Are:
Detail-oriented with high food quality standards

Able to follow prep charts and portion standards exactly
Takes pride in cleanliness and food safety
What You Will Do:
Prepare and portion fresh ground beef according to RUDY standards
Weigh, portion, and tray patties consistently
Follow strict food safety and temperature control procedures
Label, date, and rotate product properly (FIFO)
Maintain a clean and organized prep station
Assist with light kitchen prep as needed
Ensure the line is fully stocked and ready before service
Job Requirements:
Safe Food Handling Certification (required or willing to obtain)
Previous meat prep or kitchen prep experience is an asset
Comfortable handling raw meat
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand for extended periods
Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-shirt, and black baseball hat
