We are seeking an experienced professional hairstylist to join our children salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for children hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized work setting. Duties
Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, fades, braid
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver creative services

Experience




Proven experience as a qualified hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products effectively and contribute to retail sales goals
Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Experience managing front desk operations is preferred but not required
