Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Rakerman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt raking and a solid understanding of paving processes. As an Asphalt Rakerman, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of asphalt surfaces, ensuring quality and durability in every project.

Duties
Operate heavy machinery and equipment used in asphalt paving and maintenance.
Prepare and lay asphalt materials to create smooth, durable surfaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Monitor the quality of materials and work performed, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements




Proven experience in asphalt raking.
Knowledge of paving techniques and best practices for asphalt application.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the job site.
A valid driver's license
