Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders
Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and beverages.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Perform bussing duties to maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.

Experience




Minimum 6 months of previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous.
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
