Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong thermoforming background and experience with various machining processes. This role involves working with thermoforming machinery to produce products according to specifications. The Machine Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

Duties
Operate and maintain thermoforming machines to produce quality products.
Utilize hand tools and calipers to measure and assemble components accurately.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise during production.
Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements




Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating thermoforming machines and hand tools.
Familiarity with PLC's is a plus.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
