Job Overview

Superior Hearing Centre is a patient-centered hearing healthcare clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive audiological services across the lifespan. We serve adult, pediatric, and Infant Hearing Program (IHP) populations and are committed to delivering evidence-based, family-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Audiologist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a diverse caseload including adults, pediatrics, and infants enrolled in the Infant Hearing Program (IHP). The successful candidate will provide diagnostic, rehabilitative, and consultative audiology services while working closely with families, healthcare providers, educators, and community partners.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
Provide Infant Hearing Program (IHP) services, including audiological assessments, follow-up, and family counseling.
Diagnose hearing disorders and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verification, validation, and follow-up care.
Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, amplification options, and hearing conservation.




Prepare clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
Registered and in valuable standing with CASLPO
Experience working with pediatric and infant populations is an asset, but not mandatory
Solid diagnostic and hearing aid dispensing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
