We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing organization. This position supports a group of corporations operating in the healthcare and professional services sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for multiple corporations
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing and payroll remittances
GST filing and other government remittances
Monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
Prepare information and supporting documents for accountants and year-end filings
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist ownership and management with financial reporting and administrative projects as required

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Experience managing books for multiple companies is preferred




Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets
Solid understanding of payroll, GST, and general accounting principles
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements
Must be located in or near the High River / Okotoks area
Reliable transportation
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and corporate information
