Sushi Roll Cook

1001 Nuits Halal Asian Cuisine is hiring an experienced Sushi Roll Cook to join our sushi team.

Main Responsibilities
Prepare sushi rolls quickly and consistently
Make maki rolls, California rolls, spicy rolls, tempura rolls, and hand rolls
Prepare sushi ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and fillings
Follow portion sizes and presentation standards
Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and fully stocked
Work efficiently during busy dinner and weekend service
Help reduce food waste and maintain product quality

Requirements:
Previous sushi roll-making experience is required
Must be quick, organized, and reliable
Able to work independently during busy service
Good knife skills and attention to detail




Must follow food safety and hygiene standards
Available to work evenings and weekends
Legally authorized to work in Canada
English or French communication skills

Job Type: Full time or Part time

Pay

$18–$21per hour, based on experience and speed
