Lead Carpenter – Residential & Commercial Renovations

Dalmar Group is a growing general contracting company based in Abbotsford, and we're looking for a Lead Carpenter to run day-to-day operations on our renovation sites.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and running job sites for residential and commercial renovation projects
Framing, rough carpentry, and structural work
Interior finishing, trim, doors, and millwork
Directing labourers and coordinating with subs on site
Reading and working from scopes/plans, keeping jobs on schedule
Demolition, forming, concrete work, and site prep as needed
Communicating progress and issues directly with the owner

What We're Looking For
Proven carpentry experience, ideally with time running or leading a crew
Red Seal or equivalent tickets an asset
Reliable, punctual,



and able to problem-solve on site without hand-holding
Valid driver's license required, own tools required
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
