Pacific Ridge Landscaping is looking for a motivated and skilled Hardscape Labourer to join our crew. We specialize in high-quality outdoor transformations, from intricate stonework to custom wood structures. If you have a solid work ethic, an eye for detail, and a desire to build lasting landscapes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Stone & Brick: Assisting with the installation of brick patios, pavers, and walkways.
Retaining Walls: Building both natural stone and engineered block walls.
Woodwork: Constructing custom and panel fencing.
Site Prep: Managing drainage solutions and site grading.
Systems: Basic installation or troubleshooting of irrigation systems.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in hardscaping or landscape construction is required.
Knowledge:



Familiarity with base prep, screeding, and wall leveling.
Assets: Experience with irrigation systems or landscape design software is a major plus.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
