Responsibilities as Site Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
Oversee and guide construction crews in various tasks such as tile laying, masonry work, flooring installation, and general building activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively
Coordinate with subcontractors, the General Super, and the Project Manager as required
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
Provide carpentry and general work as required such as hanging doors, installing door hardware, backing, installing washroom accessories, etc.

Responsibilities as Carpenter
Provide carpentry and general work as required such as hanging doors, installing door hardware, backing, installing washroom accessories, etc. across numerous job sites.




Some junior supervision required such as being eyes and ears for the Site Super and making some decisions.
Room for advancement if wanted.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly

Skills/Requirements
Must have your own working vehicle, this is non-negotiable
Must be willing to work and show up to site on time - be reliable
Having your own tools is a bonus but not a requirement
Past experience required.

Salary will be based on what you're able to do on site.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
