We are building capability in formwork on all concrete, not general civil. We seek someone who understands how concrete structures are built, not just how they are scheduled.Travel will be frequent.The Role
You will lead or support delivery of:Water retaining structuresBridgesLRT platformsTransit structuresWith a focus on:Formwork systemsDiscuss formwork strategy on all self‑perform projectsFormwork evaluation and selectionConcrete sequencing and executionField‑driven constructabilityOversee formwork scope on multiple projectsTrain and mentor field foreman and superintendentsInform division leaders on overall formwork progress and risk profileThis is a hands‑on technical leadership role, not a coordination role.What Sets This Role Apart
This is not a traditional PM/Super role.We Are Specifically Looking For Someone Who
Has personally been involved in formwork and concrete assembly in the fieldCan walk a site and immediately identify sequencing risksUnderstands how structures actually go together under real constraintsQualifications
Proven experience delivering concrete structures (ideal experience includes bridges, transit,



or similar)Deep exposure to formwork systems and concrete sequencingBackground from:Self‑perform general contractor, orConcrete/formwork subcontractorAbility to move between:Field executionPlanning and problem‑solvingYou Likely Will Not Be a Fit If
Your experience is primarily utilities, paving, or linear worksYou have managed projects without being close to field executionYour focus has been strictly planning/scheduling vs. build methodologyBenefits
