Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our medical spa. If you are organized, friendly, and love creating a smooth experience for clients, with proficiency in managing front desk responsibilities and ensuring a seamless patient experience, this role is for you! The job requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Manage the front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Jane software.
Process patient information.
Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
Ensure compliance with medical/skin terminology and office protocols.
Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide support in managing clinic inventory and supplies.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a medical spa or spa is preferred.
Familiarity with Jane Software and Social Media experience is essential.
Solid understanding of medical/skin terminology is required.
Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
