This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and enjoys building dashboards, integrating data sources, and supporting data-driven decision-making.6-month contract with a robust possibility of extension40 hours per weekWork schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.;
Friday, 8:30 a.M. to 2:30 p.M.Hybrid work model: onsite 5 days per week for the first month, then 3 days per week thereafterKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIUse DAX to build advanced calculations, measures, and data models that support meaningful business insightsAnalyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across construction projects and operationsIntegrate and work with data from multiple systems,



including APIs and construction-related platformsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical reporting and analytics solutionsSupport data quality, consistency, and reporting best practices across the organizationLeverage modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight generationRequired Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data analyticsStrong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization best practicesAdvanced knowledge of DAXProficiency in Python programmingExperience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sourcesStrong communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Experience
Experience in the construction, architecture, or commercial building sectorFamiliarity with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Autodesk, and SageKnowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and BIM 19650 standardsExposure to AI tools that support analytics, automation, or reporting workflowsAs part of our hiring process, we use AI‑based systems to support initial applicant screening.
