Performing repairs to facility. Execute preventative maintenance Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general maintenance. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. Welcome all guests accordingly, anticipate and address guest service needs. Must be a proactive self-starter as well as possess a positive team attitude. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be available for emergency calls at hotel during off duty hours. Must be organized with inventory and documentation. Perform other job duties as requested. Light housekeeping included. Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
Handle various tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping
Respond to customer service requests in a timely and qualified manner




Assess and troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete work orders and documentation accurately

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role is preferred
Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Leadership qualities to supervise and guide other team members

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
