What You’ll Be Doing
Making all types of Indian breads
Use of tandoor
Maintaining consistency, quality, and standards that make guests come back for more.
Upholding food safety and kitchen best practices (because delicious AND safe is the vibe).
Who You Are
A pro in authentic Indian cooking with hands-on bread making experience.
Thrives in a quick-paced kitchen workplace but keeps cool under pressure.
A team player who’s also comfortable leading when needed.
