Full Time Attendant – Tunnel Car Wash

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on attendant to support daily operations at our high-volume tunnel car wash facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management
Daily tunnel wash operations to ensure efficiency and quality control
Monitor wash flow, throughput, and equipment performance
Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
Open and close the facility as required
Trained on Maintainx inventory and task management platform
Maintain a positive, productive team environment

Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in office
Ensure service standards are consistently met

Equipment & Maintenance
Perform routine inspections of tunnel equipment and report issues




Coordinate basic maintenance and liaise with service technicians when needed
Ensure proper chemical usage and inventory levels

Sales & Performance
Support membership and upsell programs

Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace standards
Address hazards and maintain a secure working workplace

Qualifications:
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced, outdoor environment
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Flexible availability, including weekends

Compensation & Perks:
$19 per hour to start
