Implement KPIs and quality assessment benchmarks
Drive transformation and continuous improvement strategies Bachelor's degree with MBA, CIM, or CFA designation
At least 10 years of financial industry experience
Robust judgement in handling high-risk matters
Excellent skills in influencing senior executives
