Job Title: Kitchen Prep / Line Cook (Part-Time, Opportunity for Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Prep / Line Cook to join our team. This is a part-time position (weekend and week day shifts) with the opportunity to grow into full time for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, and stocking stations
Assist with cooking and plating menu items during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Receive and store deliveries as needed




Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

Requirements:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Adaptable availability including evenings and weekends
