Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the quality and safety of all dishes served. This role offers an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Ensure all food is stored correctly and rotated appropriately
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks simultaneously




Adhere to sanitation standards and health regulations to ensure a safe working setting

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service through quality food preparation
