As part of an ERP Tax Management project in the NALA (North America & Latin America) region, we are seeking a senior SAP tax consultant with strong expertise in tax engines such as OneSource. The role is within an international setting with regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in Canada.Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize tax-related processes in SAP S/4HANAImplement and configure SAP tax solutionsIntegrate SAP with tax engines (especially OneSource)Configure tax determination rules (GST, indirect taxes, etc.)Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate tax requirementsParticipate in design, configuration, testing, and deployment phasesEnsure compliance with local and international tax regulationsSupport tax localization initiatives for Canada and the NALA regionProfile
Solid SAP consulting experience with a focus on taxExpertise in SAP S/4HANAExperience with tax engines (OneSource preferred, Vertex/Avalara acceptable)Solid understanding of indirect taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax)Experience in international ERP projectsAbility to work independently on complex topicsExperience in NALA or North American settings is a plus
