As the Supervisor of Tenant Relations and Human Rights, you'll ensure adherence to human rights legislation and foster an inclusive culture.

You'll provide critical support in navigating accommodation processes, lead training initiatives, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to uphold organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Offer guidance on day-to-day human rights legislation
Support accommodation needs assessments
Conduct training on anti-discrimination practices
Lead project management for strategic initiatives
Collaborate with external partners for policy changes Requirements:
Post-secondary education required
5 years in a human rights role preferred
Experience in case management and assessments
Ability to understand complex community issues
