We are looking for Service Appointment Coordinator who can offer a service that exceeds customer expectations for our Ford dealership located in Ottawa Ontario. This is an in office position Monday to Friday.

General Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments via phone or internet
Assist in maintaining and update and file customer and vehicle database
Respond to customer needs and assist Service Advisors in communicating vehicle problems
Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments
Receive and answer company email
Follow-up with customers who miss scheduled appointments
Maintain regular customer follow-up regarding quality of service after repairs are made
Answering service phones; maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required




Assist Advisors in updating customers on the vehicle status and notifying them promptly when their vehicle is ready;
Supports cashier functions of receiving and verifying payments
Support Special Order Parts and parts list when necessary.
Promote manufacturers products and accessories to enhance sales and customer service.
Maintain reference material for customer inquiries.

Job Types: Full time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
