We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Therapist to join our team.

The Behaviour Therapist plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for children with diverse needs by implementing tailored therapy plans and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.
Duties
Conduct therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or other relevant methods.
Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
Support children in daily activities, promoting social skills, communication, and independence.
Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes,
and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations.
Ensure a protected and supportive environment during all therapy activities.
Experience
Two years prior experience working with children in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings is preferred.
Knowledge of special education principles and practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
