Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager
to lead all human resources functions.This is a
standalone HR role
, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on workplace while also contributing at a strategic level. Reporting directly to ownership, you will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations and helping shape the company’s people practices as it continues to grow.What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the
sole HR contact
for a team of approximately 40–60 employeesManage full‑cycle recruitment for both field and office rolesHandle employee relations, including performance management and investigationsDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentationEnsure compliance with employment standards and workplace regulationsSupport onboarding, training,



and employee development initiativesPartner with leadership on workforce planning and retention strategiesAssist with payroll and perks administrationProvide practical HR guidance to supervisors and team membersWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a
standalone or senior‑level roleExperience in construction, trades, or a similar environment is a strong assetAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsComfortable handling sensitive and confidential mattersSolid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practicesPost‑secondary education in HR or related field;
