Assist Food Service

Manager with maintaining SDS (Safety Data Sheets) binder in kitchen. Ensures maintenance of operational records (e.g., menus, production sheets. Food temperatures and refrigerator and freezer temperatures) as required.

Assist Food Service

Manager with catering services for scheduled facility functions. Performs other duties as necessary and appropriate.
