PACCAR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Mississauga Distribution Center to lead warehouse teams and enhance operational efficiency. This first shift role focuses on mentoring, improving safety, and meeting production goals.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal production standards while developing and training staff. Your robust leadership will shape the team dynamics and operational improvements. Collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to thoroughly manage the distribution center's functions and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree is required • Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency • Flexibility for wide-ranging daytime work schedules
