We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a Second Language to diverse student populations, helping them improve their language skills and achieve their academic and personal goals. Duties
Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning objectives
Assess students’ language skills through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building
Incorporate diverse teaching methods and educational resources to enhance learning outcomes
Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or language barriers
Monitor and track student progress,



maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum improvements and participate in career development activities
Communicate regularly with students and staff regarding student progress and program updates

Skills
Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere
Classroom experience is highly desirable, especially in language instruction or related educational settings
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that motivate students and promote active learning
Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity are essential qualities for success in this role

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
