We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant's standards for taste and presentation. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Follow food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and equipment
Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring consistency and visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing various prep tasks as needed




Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences to guests

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
