Proactively source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry connectionsBuild talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needsSupport employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiativesPartner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectivenessPartner with leaders and employees to navigate complex people matters, including incident management, return-to-work planning, workplace accommodations, investigations, and workforce risk mitigation.Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations,



and conflict resolution.What You'll Bring
8+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environmentsStrong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation, WCB, and workplace investigationsProven success sourcing and attracting top talentExceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsCPHR designation or working toward designation is an assetWhy Join Bilton?
