The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with full independent signing authority to support commercial valuation mandates across Canada.This position is commercial-focused only and requires someone who can operate fully independently from day one, without the need for supervision or co-signing.Key Responsibilities:
Independently prepare, sign, and deliver commercial real estate appraisal reportsValue a range of commercial asset types including office, industrial, multi-residential, land, mixed-use, and special-purpose propertiesApply Income, Direct Comparison, and Cost approaches as appropriateSupport multi-provincial and national appraisal mandatesWork directly with institutional, lender,



and investor clientsCollaborate with internal technical and advisory teams on integrated mandatesEnsure compliance with professional appraisal standards and reporting requirementsRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Authorized to independently sign commercial appraisal reportsDemonstrated experience in commercial real estate appraisalComfortable operating as a standalone appraiserStrong analytical, report‑writing, and communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel for site inspections as requiredResidential appraisal experience is not required for this role.Nice to Have:
