Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and productive check-in and check-out services
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Prepare and serve breakfast offerings with attention to quality, cleanliness, and presentation
Assist guests with questions, requests, and special accommodations to enhance their stay
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and breakfast service stations
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary
Support administrative tasks such as logging guest information,
reservations, and special requests
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest needs
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light food preparation duties
Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is advantageous
