Responsibilities
Consultants should be comfortable with at least one asset class (e.G., Commodities, FXO, FI etc.) and demonstrate experience in implementation or client support.Provide high‑quality support in using the Murex platform for market data management, pricing, and structuring of complex financial products within the trading domain (e.G., FX derivatives, interest‑rate derivatives, Fixed Income).Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system and document defective use cases for fixes by developers.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in financial markets/IT business analysis.2+ years of experience working with the Murex product on Trading or FO support projects with clients.Ability to utilize FO experience on financial derivatives and Murex software to participate in implementation and upgrade projects through build and validation phases.Robust knowledge of product modules: IRD, CRD, COM, EQD, FXD, FXMM.Strong SQL, Unix, scripting, Sybase, and Oracle skills.Solid organization and communication skills;
detail‑oriented, quick learner, and self‑starter.Strong personality,



logical and analytical skills.Nice‑to‑Have Skills
BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent.Experience with implementations and upgrades.Experience in test management and market data management.Knowledge of SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase) and Unix commands.Good understanding of Market Risk Management (including VaR, stress‑tests, back‑testing).Client focus: understands clients’ businesses, identifies and understands their needs and objectives, and builds robust relationships.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Teamwork and ability to help build strong teams and networks.Personal leadership: confidence, resilience, and realistic self‑assessment.Planning and organizing: identify and meet milestones, assess and mitigate risks, manage scope changes.Analytical decision‑making: identify and solve problems using insight and experience, gather relevant information, identify important issues, and draw conclusions.
