This full time role entails operational leadership, planning coordination, and shared services management across five planning portfolios. You'll ensure seamless operations, mitigate bottlenecks, and drive strategic collaboration among teams to enhance community impact. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cross-portfolio planning and identify collaboration opportunities
Coordinate project sequencing for maximum efficiency




Enforce operational standards for consistency across portfolios
Act as a liaison for operational processes without requiring subject matter expertise
Proactively identify operational risks and dependencies Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or related field preferred
12–15 years of experience in operations or grant management
Demonstrated leadership experience
