Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user research, UX/UI design, design systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, contextual inquiry, and visual preference testing.
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and enterprise applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Sketch (preferred), Figma, or Adobe XD.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems while ensuring brand consistency across digital products.
Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations for product, development, and business teams.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
Advocate for UX best practices and educate cross-functional teams on user-centered design principles.
Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
Robust experience in UX research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, diary studies, and visual preference testing.
Expert proficiency in Sketch (preferred), Figma, or Adobe XD.
Experience designing complex digital applications and managing design systems.
Experience working in decentralized settings while maintaining consistent digital brand experiences.
Ability to analyze user insights and translate them into practical design solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
