Dixon Ticonderoga Art is seeking Production General Help candidates for our team.

Positions are currently available on day and night shifts.

Essential functions:
Must work with a safety focused mindset.
Take direction from management, supervisors and machine operators.
Comfortable working with and near heavy machinery.
Willingness to learn how to operate multiple machines in the plant.
Complete diverse tasks within the plant, Including frequently lifting items of up to 50lbs.
Robust attention to detail and comfortable using computerized equipment
Willingness to improve as a qualified every day.
Communicate and work effectively with a diverse workforce.
Packaging and wrapping product and placing on skids.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read standard shop orders.
Ability to analyze, interpret,



correlate and problem solve in a variety of situations.
Ability to work individually and in small groups

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Working Conditions:
The employee may experience variable working conditions in the work environment. Examples include, but are not limited to, temperature variations, dust, noise, and exposure to moving mechanical parts.
