What You’ll Do

This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations.
Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
Handle general administrative and operational support as needed

What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English




2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with robust follow-up ability
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Hybrid (North York, ON)
Must be able to work onsite as required

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
