What You'll Be Doing
Meet and connect with prospective tenants, showcasing some of the city's most exciting rental properties
Conduct property tours and help clients find their next home
Guide applicants through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease
Build relationships with current and prospective residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Follow up on leads and manage inquiries through phone, email, text, and social media
Negotiate lease agreements and help close deals
Maintain accurate records using industry-leading property management software
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve leasing goals and maximize occupancy




Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure residents have a great experience

What We're Looking For
Solid communication and people skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Customer service, hospitality, sales, or real estate experience is an asset—but not required
Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
