Role Description The Project Administrative Assistant is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to project teams and leadership. This position includes scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, organizing digital files, and tracking key deadlines and deliverables. The role involves managing email communication, answering and directing phone calls, and preparing basic reports or summaries for project stakeholders. The Project Administrative Assistant will assist with data entry, clerical tasks, and coordination between internal and external contacts to ensure projects run smoothly.



This role requires consistent attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
Skilled communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication and proper Phone Etiquette.
Experience supporting executives or project leaders, including Executive Administrative Assistance or similar responsibilities.
Proficiency with common office software and online collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
Prior experience in project support, office administration, or a related role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.
