Reporting to the Senior Service Advisor, the service writer will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the correct department, greeting in person customers and registering personal & vehicle information into our system. They will also assist with getting quotes and ordering necessary parts and taking payments from customers. Assisting with general front office cleanliness & clerical duties.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & willingness to learn new computer systems
6 months - 1 year of previous automotive experience
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
