Title: Mainframe / Hogan KTLO Support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid preferred) / Remote across Canada

Contract Length: 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

August 3rd preferred (August 10th latest)

We are seeking a specialist to support ongoing production operations, maintenance, and stability initiatives within a financial services workplace.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for Hogan applications, troubleshoot production issues, and support day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide KTLO (Keep The Lights On) support for Hogan/mainframe applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Perform incident management and root cause analysis
Support application enhancements and maintenance activities
Work with business teams and technical stakeholders to resolve issues
Participate in release and change management activities

Required Skills
Solid Hogan application experience
Robust mainframe background
COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 experience
Production support / incident management experience
Experience working in large enterprise environments

Financial services / banking experience is highly preferred.
