We help agents build their personal brand, showcase listings, and capture leads effortlessly—replacing traditional, expensive websites with sleek, high-converting digital showcases.

About The Role We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and charismatic Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your main role will be building relationships with our existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS—ensuring they get maximum value from our platform, helping them stay active, and retaining their business.

Although this is primarily a Customer Retention & Support role, a background in Sales is essential because you need to know how to communicate persuasively, overcome objections, and build solid rapport with business owners.

Key Responsibilities Direct Client Outreach: Make approximately 4–12 phone calls per day to existing clients to check in, offer assistance, and boost platform engagement.

Omnichannel Messaging: Send engaging follow-up messages via WhatsApp and SMS.

Client Retention & Onboarding: Assist clients with profile setup, answer questions,



and proactively address any concerns to prevent cancellations.

Relationship Building: Communicate with confidence, warmth, and professionalism to make clients feel valued.

Requirements Bilingual Requirement (English & Spanish): Must be fully fluent (spoken & written) in both English and Spanish. You will be communicating with clients in both languages daily.

Proven Experience: Robust background in Customer Service AND Sales / Customer Retention.

Communication Skills: Must be sharp, persuasive, and know exactly how to tailor your communication style to different types of clients.

Proactive & Independent: Self-starter who doesn't wait to be micro-managed and knows how to build trust quickly over the phone.

What We Offer Weekly Salary: $125/week (Paid weekly).
