Role Responsibilities The Director reports to the Executive Director, Policy and Evaluation and is responsible for: Leading a team of approximately ten employees that provides policy advice and analysis on labour market issues.
Providing your expertise and advice on how to address recent and emerging labour market issues.
Overseeing the design of recent labour market programs.
Supporting the Minister and senior department officials in participating in intergovernmental conversations.
Acting as a key contact for internal and external labour market stakeholders.
