In this senior leadership position, you will oversee a team focused on legacy giving and major gifts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Leadership & Legacy Giving, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies while ensuring team accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead fundraising specialists with performance metrics and coaching
Personally engage top donors through relationship management




Develop annual fundraising strategies for major and legacy gifts
Oversee mid-level fundraising and donor engagement
Collaborate on capital campaign fundraising efforts

Requirements:
7–10 years in progressive fundraising roles
Proven experience in team management and goal setting
Robust CRM skills, preferably Raiser’s Edge
Knowledge of planned giving and estate administration
Post-graduate degree in fundraising or related field
