Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ongoing program operational activities and financial functions
• Participate in needs analyses and strategic planning for program delivery




• Develop key performance indicators for evaluating program success
• Act as an ambassador, promoting the program’s impact to stakeholders
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize program resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BScN) in Nursing
• 5 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Solid organizational skills
• Bilingual in French and English
