Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Health Administration and have three to five years of pertinent experience in a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of cardiac waitlist management system
• Collaborate with BC Cardiac Registry for data accuracy
• Establish communication protocols between physicians and patients




• Provide educational support for patients awaiting procedures
• Develop systems for timely intervention and referrals
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Health Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of cardiac experience in healthcare
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
