Lead the Cardiovascular Program at Providence Health Care with a focus on patient waitlist management and program coordination. This role requires expertise in health administration and project management.
Reporting to the Operations Leaders in the Cardiac Sciences Program, the Cardiovascular Program Coordinator collaborates with medical staff and various stakeholders to implement an efficient waitlist management system. Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Health Administration and have three to five years of pertinent experience in a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of cardiac waitlist management system
• Collaborate with BC Cardiac Registry for data accuracy
• Establish communication protocols between physicians and patients




• Provide educational support for patients awaiting procedures
• Develop systems for timely intervention and referrals
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Health Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of cardiac experience in healthcare
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
Enhance patient care and ensure streamlined access to cardiovascular services as a key member of the program management team.
