As a Sustaining Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering Department to enhance the performance of cooling systems. This position involves coordinating engineering activities, leading troubleshooting efforts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your role also includes developing detailed CAD models and improving manufacturing processes by working across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering activities for cooling product enhancements • Implement design changes and manage production trials • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with quality assurance teams • Collaborate on CAD updates and assembly optimizations • Serve as a technical liaison with suppliers and operations
Requirements: • Engineering degree with 1-3+ years in a similar field • Familiarity with DFM/DFA and Lean principles • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience in HVAC or related fields • Knowledge of 3D CAD applications
