Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and remove impediments
Partner with teams to ensure readiness of user stories
Manage project dependencies and support release planning




Collaborate with Data & Integration teams on delivery plans
Track delivery progress and provide status reports

Requirements:
10+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex projects
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery tracking
Demonstrated skills in communication and problem-solving
Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, etc.) beneficial
