Join Wood’s Homes as a Team Leader focused on operational excellence in Calgary. Directly influence mental health initiatives while leading a dedicated program team. In this role, report directly to the Program Manager and oversee the operations of a specific program area.
You will manage team staffing, monitor case management practices, and ensure staff are well-supported through regular evaluations and training. Your leadership will contribute significantly to creating a protected and effective workplace both for staff and clients. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily program operations and staff support
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate front-line team members
Manage case processes alongside families and communities
Ensure financial accountability for program resources
Participate in mandatory health and safety training Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Social Sciences or related fields
At least four years of experience in youth and family settings
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
Solid theoretical understanding of therapy practices
